I was Artist in Residence for 8 months at Rainbow nursery - working one to two days a week. The project involved working with children and families from vulnerable backgrounds. I was asked to design the outdoor space which consisted of three areas. Creativity and nature were at the heart of this project.
It included a sensory area, a play space and a growing area, with the aim of attracting wildlife and giving the children the opportunity to learn about nature and a diverse range of art materials and processes. I worked with the children on all aspects of the process.
